Details: Glimpses of the convocation on AI & ML at the ITC Royal Bengal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata on 15th Oct, 2019.
The session as conducted by us included deliverance from our CEO Kasturi Bhattacharya about AILABS Academy and the unique manner in which the courses are delivered here with dedicated mentorship, case studies and real-world projects.
The second part of the session dealt with the concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a focus on Machine Learning, Deep Learning and other relevant areas of AI from Prof. Pradip K. Das (Director of Academics, AILABS and former Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Jadavpur University), followed by Prof. Abhishek Sarakar (Senior Faculty, AILABS), Prof. Madhurima Dutta (Junior Faculty, AILABS), Prof. Arijit Das (Junior Faculty, AILABS) and Prof. Bhaskar Basu ( Faculty, AILABS and Chief Engineer at DCPL) and why it is becoming increasingly mandatory for even practising professionals to upskill and reskill themselves to keep in touch with the new paradigm of computing.
